Food Pantry
The Mt. Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry provides people in our area who are "in need" with supplemental groceries consisting of canned goods and non-perishables. Supplies are donated by parishioners of the nine supporting local congregations and from food drives run by scouts, schools, and other civic organizations. In addition, food is purchased from Food Patch, Westchester County's food bank. The Food Pantry is a member of the Westchester Coalition of the Homeless and the Hungry and is one of 131 food pantry's in the county. It is open Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to noon. What Our Church Does: Financial support; church members donate food weekly and during special food drives, usually at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Some volunteers help operate the Food Pantry site.
